Order Updates – 1/17/14

I am currently working on orders from September and October. As well as Need By Date orders up through the first few days of February. 

Hopefully those orders will all be sent out within a week.

Then I will start all orders placed in November that have not been sent out as well as the next batch of Need By Date orders needed in February. 

I am desperately trying to get the wait down, I was almost there and then I got 60 orders in 6 days, 3 times the normal amount for that time period.

The best thing you could do to help, if you are wanting to order is not order more than about $40 worth of bows. And don’t order any Gadgets and Gizmo boards, because that is only going to make your order take longer and make the overall wait not go down. If you order Minnie Ears, that is fine that does not go towards the $40 in bows/jewelry.

Order what you need to, email me about what you want to order if you want to (BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER). But this is just my desperate plea to say, please help me help you. I want to get the whole system back in a reasonable place, and get the wait down to at the most 6 weeks. But as one girl trying to do all this, as soon as I see the light I just get bombarded with orders that make me stress out even more.

Thank you so much for your customership and loyalty, I am trying so hard to get the wait down, and its stressing me out more than anything.

  1. I think you are doing a fabulous job handling all of your orders ! I’ve ordered from you three times now, and I never have a problem with the wait. It is well worth it, and I understand that there is a lot you have to get done as well. I look forward to receiving my bows, and look forward to making my next order. (: Keep up the great work !!!

    1. While I understand your stress, understand mine. I placed my order in mid November. I ordered only two bows and it is the last day of January. I paid my money, but have no merchandise. There is something wrong with that. I will never place another order with you again.

      1. Although, I do not like how long the wait is, that is something that you agree to before even checking out, as you have to agree to the terms and conditions to order. I am one person making hundreds of bows per month, and no matter how many bows you have in your order, I have to take care of the people who ordered before yours. Things are getting better, but I still get tons of orders and it takes time to work to get the wait down, it doesn’t happen overnight. I work about 16 hours a day everyday, and I am trying the best I can. I want to make sure each item is made with quality, not just thrown together to be sent out quickly.
