• You may need to fluff up bows a little bit after being in the package.
• Do not submerge bows in water. If your design has thin ribbons glued on top of a bigger ribbon, then getting it very wet will hurt the design. Spot clean only with cotton swab.
• Do not leave bows in the heat, the glue WILL melt and make the bow fall apart in some way.
• It is the nature of things to fall off after heavy or rough use. We take precautions so that won’t happen, but if it does feel free to contact us so we can help you fix it.
