If you ordered a Park Archery Princess Bow. Mary Poppins, Ravenclaw bow, basically anything with that ribbon color. And your order status is either “printed” or “next” is there is going to be a slight delay.
I ordered to restock my ribbon, and they sent me the wrong thing. So now I’m going through all the red tape to return the ribbon I was sent and get the correct one. It takes a few days for them to email me back, then I have to return the ribbon to them before getting a refund. Then I have to talk to them about making sure I get the correct thing, and if they are going to help get it to me faster. If I just reorder now, this could happen again. And it took 7 days to get to me.
I hate that this happened and is delaying some orders. If your order is “printed” and you cannot wait as long as 2-2.5 weeks for this to be resolved, please contact me and we can switch out the bow for another. This is really out of my control at this time and want to help you the best I can.
